A Chef de Partie position is available at an exclusive Scottish retreat surrounded by stunning countryside. The hotel is a busy dining venue and the 3 AA rosettes fine dining restaurant that serves fresh, modern dishes, breads, ice cream and fresh desserts. The hotel also hosts private events, weddings, conferences, Sunday lunches and exclusive afternoon teas. As a result this Chef de Partie role will give you a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and learn new skills alongside a team of 15 talented chefs.
Requirements:
CVs will be considered from Chef de Parties, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy fresh food kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations for at least 2/3 years. A chef de Partie who has drive and ambition, ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.
