The owners of a lovingly converted country hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent reputation is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of chefs in the kitchen. The owners of this property are committed to providing a restful haven for individual guests, a stylish backdrop for weddings and receptions and an impressive, peaceful environment for company meetings or family and friendly get-togethers, large or small. The restaurant is busy during both lunch and evening, serving contemporary classical dishes prepared using fresh local seasonal produce and afternoon teas area served in the bar area or gardens. This a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to gain plenty of training and experience from a committed team.
An experienced Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have a proven track record working in quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
