The owner of a renowned award winning modern British restaurant is seeking either a Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef de Partie to support the team to push forward the already outstanding reputation of the restaurant and private dining room. The restaurant is situated in the idyllic Cheshire countryside and is busy all year round serving locals and destination visitors with the dishes on the menus being created using fresh seasonally changing local ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented, passionate team that are working together to achieve even higher accolades. Menus are changed regularly depending on the season and what the local farms are producing. the restaurant is closed Sunday Nights, Monday and Tuesday so offers a good work life balance.
The successful candidate should have experience of working at chef de Partie level with fine dining experience. It is essential that you are hard working, passionate, forward thinking and have a can do attitude. Some Pastry experience is preferred, however training will be provided for both positions.
