A fast paced fresh food bistro style café, located in a popular tourist attraction on the Wirral, has a role available for a Chef de Partie to work within a team of Six chefs in the kitchen. The venue offers breakfast, lunches, snacks and light bites simply cooked to a high standard all prepared on site using local seasonal produce. The Head Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie who can understand the basic sauces, soups etc. in order to complete your prep so that you can perform well in the busy service times. The role would be ideal for a chef seeking better working hours as you will be working day shifts 7.30am to 4pm.
A Chef de Partie who has been working in a fresh food environment but is seeking a new challenge in their career that can offer you better working hours is needed for this position. It is important that you have good basic cooking skills, are able to run a section with the ability to work well in a busy kitchen operation.
