Chef de Partie – CG2194 Full Time Permanent

An Award winning town hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent reputation is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of 11 chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will not only prepare dishes for the award winning brasserie style restaurant that serves classic European dishes with some fusion, large bar lounge and afternoon teas but also for weddings and events that are held at the property. The menus are created using good quality fresh ingredients and are changed regularly to reflect the seasons. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who wants to gain experience in an award winning multi outlet hotel.

Requirements:

An experienced Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have a proven track record working in quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
