A luxury Award Winning country hotel in a stunning location, and excellent reputation is seeking a number of Chef de Partie to join the team of 15 chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will not only prepare dishes for the 3 AA rosette fine dining restaurant at the property, but you will also have the opportunity to move around the different sections of the kitchen. The hotel has a 2 separate dining rooms, caters for private dining, having a number of different suits for this purpose, and is also a popular venue for afternoon teas and weddings. The Award Winning Exec Head Chef creates dishes using the finest of Scottish produce and is committed to mentoring staff. This is an excellent opportunity for Chef de Parties who want to gain experience and training in an award winning kitchen where you will work across all of the sections.
A very strong Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have good experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
