A privately owned, and recently refurbished town hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent reputation is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of 9 chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will not only prepare dishes for the Mediterranean restaurant, large bar lounge and afternoon teas but also for weddings and events that are held at the property. The menus are created using good quality fresh ingredients and are changed regularly to reflect the seasons.
An experienced Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have a proven track record working in quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
