A luxury country house hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent reputation is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the brigade of 8 chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working across all sections of the kitchen preparing dishes for the AA rosette restaurant, and for the award winning wedding and events department. The dishes are described as the highest standards in modern English cooking with a classic French twist using only the finest ingredients available. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a successful business that focuses in staff development and training.
A very strong Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have good experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
