A newly refurbished stunning hotel located in the Scottish borders is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of ten chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will not only focus on the hotel’s main restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but also on the bar that serves light bites, and the Conservatory that caters for private functions. All of the menus, which the Head Chef has total autonomy on, consist of fresh seasonal locally sourced ingredients. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing dishes for the restaurant and private dining rooms whilst ensuring the smooth running of your section.
A Chef de Partie or very strong Demi Chef de Partie who has been working in good quality fresh food kitchens is required for this role. It is also important that you have the right attitude and are willing to learn new skills.
