The owners of a recently refurbished country hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent reputation is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of 8 chefs in the kitchen. The owners of this property are committed to ongoing investment and will be installing a new kitchen to further improve the quality of the food served. The restaurant is busy during both lunch and evening, serving modern and classical dishes prepared using fresh local seasonal produce and sandwiches are served in the bar. The hotel also caters for small private dining parties, corporate events, and wedding making this a great opportunity for a chef de Partie to gain plenty of training and experience from a committed team.
An experienced Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have a proven track record working in quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
