The owner of a brewery with a bar and 100 cover restaurant on site is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to assist the kitchen brigade. The restaurant offers all day dining, including breakfasts, an a la carte menu, light bites, afternoon teas and Sunday lunches. The dishes offered consists of only the finest quality ingredients. The menu itself has the spine of British classics, with subtle influences from around the world to ensure it is kept exciting. As Chef de Partie, you get to oversee a section in the kitchen, and report to the senior chefs. The position will allow you to learn more culinary skills, build up stamina to handle high pressure situations, and learn about multiple duties.
Requirements:
The role needs a Chef de Partie that has experience working in fresh food kitchens that also offer international dishes, who is innovative and creative and has a passion to learn. You must have an interest for culinary arts, pay attention to detail and have a high standard of presentation.
