The Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel located in Cheshire is seeking a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen for the restaurant which offers fine dining in the award winning brasserie. This is a high volume dining operation which also caters for the busy lounge and conferencing areas. As Chef de Partie you will be working within a large team of chefs and will need to ensure that your section is fully prepared for the busy service times whilst also ensuring that you are working in a clean, tidy manner so are able to be organised when under pressure.
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Chef in a high volume kitchen environment is essential for the role. The ability to perform to the high standards the senior chefs expect whilst also running your section without compromising cooking standards is an important aspect to the position.
