A coaching Inn which has a great reputation for food resulting in a fast paced service is seeking a Chef de partie to work closely with the team of 6 chefs. The Inn serves menus featuring traditional pub classics which are all prepared from fresh ingredients on site with a focus on seasonality. In this role of chef de partie you will be preparing dishes for the restaurant at the pub for the main, light bites and special menus. In this role you will be expected to work in all sections of the kitchen however the company has a good reputation for training staff. This company is an excellent company to work for they believe in family values, offer excellent training and support and is closed Christmas Day.
A committed Chef de Partie who has a stable CV based preferably in similar fresh food kitchens is needed to take on this role. A chef who can work on all sections, is hard working, committed and wants an opportunity to progress in their career.
