This newly refurbished boutique hotel is seeking a chef de partie for an immediate start, who can use their experience in the kitchen. The hotel, which is situated in a beautiful part of the country, offers wonderful home cooked gastro pub food in the bar and fine dining lunches and dinners in the restaurant. The hotel prides itself on providing menus featuring dishes made using local fresh ingredients which showcase the great British flavours on offer. You will be joining a brigade of 4 Chefs and this is an exciting role to join a forward thinking company, where you will also have an input on the menu.
This role would suit a chef de partie who has previous experience at a similar venue, looking for a new challenge in their career. It is important that all chefs applying have good all round cooking skills gained from within kitchens where you were serving a number of different dining options from one kitchen. Excellent knowledge of current hygiene regulations is also essential for this role.
