The head chef of an award winning Gastro pub with rooms located in the beautiful Lyth Valley is seeking a hard working Chef de Partie with good all round cooking skills to join the kitchen where they prepare modern British dishes to 2 AA rosette standards. The Chef de Partie will be Joining a team of seven chefs who are constantly working hard in order to further develop the cooking standards at the property using fresh local ingredients. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be required to take control of your section in the kitchen ensuring that you consistently achieve the standards set out by the Head Chef.
All Chef de Parties applying for this role must have experience working in fresh food kitchens, it is not necessary to have worked at 2 AA rosette level, but you must have a good attitude, be hard working and eager to learn new skills. Knowledge of a number of sections in the kitchen alongside a willingness to continue to learning is essential.
