The Exec Head is seeking a Chef de Partie to assist with the management of the kitchen whilst cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast and lunch menu, afternoon teas and offers fine dining in its restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. The property is a popular venue for private functions and events, and during the peak season is very busy, it needs a Chef de Partie who is capable of running a sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team.
An experienced Chef de Partie who has the ability to work in a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
