A fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie is available at a busy Gastro pub style restaurant with rooms. The property is busy all year round and offers dining in the main restaurant as well as for weddings and functions. This role requires a passionate chef who is enthusiastic about creating dishes using locally sourced fresh ingredients. As Chef de Partie you will work on all sections and ensure that you are prepared for service whilst being able to work in a calm and organised manner. .
The successful candidate should have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen, be flexible and able to work under pressure. It is essential that you have Level 2 food safety qualification and a practical working knowledge of allergen safety and accountability, along with good time management and organisational skills.
