A Chef de Partie is required to join the kitchen of a fresh food pub located in the outskirts of Manchester
A very busy fresh food pub/ restaurant which operates all day dining menus is seeking a Chef de Partie to work within the large team of chefs working hard in the kitchen. As well as the main menu the venue has an outside pizza oven; offers a breakfast menu; serves Sunday roasts; caters for buffets and also hosts private dining events. As a result this is a Chef de Partie role that can offer you the chance to build your knowledge of a wide variety of dishes and further enhance your all round cooking skills.
All chefs applying for this role should have been working as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in their most recent role. A stable background working in a high quality, busy, fresh food kitchen where you learned to cook under pressure is essential.
