The Owners of this luxury country hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef to deliver the excellent standard of food expected by visitors and regular locals. The exclusive country property offers dining in the bar and brasserie restaurant where all dishes are made on site using high quality locally sourced seasonal produce cooked to 2 AA rosette standard. The hotel also caters for small exclusive private events and is a popular afternoon tea venue. The Head Chef is looking for a chef de Partie who is capable of running sections in the kitchen and who can work well under pressure.
An experienced chef de Partie who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background with experience of working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
