A private owner an award winning restaurant that has stunning seaside views is seeking enthusiastic Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and KPS. The 2 AA rosette restaurant menu has a strong seafood influence but also offers meat dishes, vegetarian and vegan options. All dishes are made from fresh locally sourced ingredients and the changing menu reflects the seasons. The restaurant is in a popular destination location and is very busy during the tourist seasons. There is also an option for chefs to work at the owners beech café which offers lighter meals, snacks, and drinks to the beach goers. This is an excellent opportunity for chefs who want to spend time in a beautiful part of the country, learn new skills and gain experience as full training will be given.
Requirements:
Chefs who are enthusiastic, committed and want to learn a variety of cooking skills, and are able to work under pressure during busy periods. Experience of working in fresh food kitchens is preferable but not essential and training will be given.
