Breakfast Chef – SB2376 Full Time Permanent

An experienced Breakfast Chef is required to run the breakfast service at a luxury Boutique Hotel that has 50 rooms. You will be required to work 5 days a week which will be straight shifts starting at 6am each morning and finishing at 2.30pm. The hotel offers a plated a la carte breakfast service in the restaurant, which you will be expected to prepare using good quality fresh ingredients. As Breakfast Chef you will be working alone on the breakfast service but will then prep for the next day and assist the rest of the team of chefs as needed.

Requirements:

The Head Chef is seeking a Breakfast Chef who has spent time in this role in hotels previously where you were cooking for large numbers using fresh ingredients. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure.

Due to the location of this hotel it is essential that you have access to your own transport
