A good quality, fresh food pub located in an idyllical Gloucestershire village is seeking a Breakfast Chef de Partie to work within the kitchen brigade. The pub has a great reputation in the area excelling in its fresh food ethic. There are 10 rooms at the property which offers plated breakfast with the fresh food being cooked to order. Along with breakfast service you will be required to do some pre lunch preparation and help with service at busy times. The pub can get very busy so service needs to be fast paced during whilst keeping the high standards expected.
An experienced Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie who has been working in good quality fresh food restaurants or pubs is required to take on this position. You must be able to work on your own, be self motivated, work well under pressure and be a good team player.
