The role of Breakfast Chef has arisen at a busy 4* Spa Hotel in Cambridge. You will be required to work five days out of seven on a rota basis 40 hours a week. The hotel offers breakfast service for up to 240 residents, which you will be expected to prepare using good quality ingredients. After breakfast service you will work with the rest of the strong brigade to produce afternoon teas and prep for the weddings and functions, giving you opportunity to broaden your skills.
An experienced Breakfast Chef who has spent time in a similar role in hotels previously incorporating experience of cooking for large numbers using fresh ingredients would be ideal for this role. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure.
