An experienced Breakfast Chef is required to run the breakfast service at a luxury Boutique Hotel that has 12 rooms. You will be required to work 5 days a week which will be straight shifts starting at 7am each morning, 48 hours a week. The hotel offers a plated a la carte breakfast service in the restaurant, which you will be expected to prepare using good quality fresh ingredients. As Breakfast Chef you will be working alone on the breakfast service but will then prep for the next day and assist the rest of the team of chefs as needed.
Requirements:
The Head Chef is seeking a Breakfast Chef who has spent time in this role in hotels previously where you were cooking a la carte using fresh ingredients. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope when working alone under pressure.
