Breakfast Chef – CG2124 Full Time Permanent

A Breakfast Chef is required to run the breakfast service at a busy hotel and spa near Bolton. You will be required to work five days out of seven on a Rota basis from 6am to 3.30pm at weekends and 5.30am to 2.30pm on weekdays. The hotel offers both buffet style and plated breakfast service which you will be expected to prepare using fresh, locally sourced quality ingredients. As Breakfast Chef you will be working alone on the breakfast service but will then prep for the next day, cook staff lunches and assist the rest of the team of chefs as needed.

Requirements:

The Head Chef is seeking a Breakfast Chef who has spent time in this role in hotels previously where you were cooking using fresh ingredients. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure.
