The Exec head chef of a luxury 4* Country hotel is seeking a Banqueting Head Chef to manage the banqueting and conference department. In this role or banqueting head chef you will lead the team of chefs from the front ensuring high standards are maintained. The property is a busy venue all year round and provides for intimate gatherings and elaborate wedding celebrations. The dining options are varied for the rooms and spaces available and an emphasis is placed on all guests receiving a five star experience.
Requirements:
A Head Chef who has a stable background and has been working for a minimum of 2 years at this level, with experience in busy banqueting venues. A Head Chef who has the management skills needed to run a busy operation, works well under pressure and is able to work to tight deadlines is ideal for this role.
