A Banqueting Chef role is available at a four star 1AA rosette awarded, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation where you will be joining a large team of chefs. The property has two banqueting suites which can cater up to 200 seated covers for both corporate and leisure guests and also has smaller rooms for private events. The menus which you will have an input on consist of dishes prepared from using fresh, seasonal produce. You will be directly responsible for managing 4 chefs in the banqueting Kitchen section.
Requirements:
CVs will be considered from Banqueting Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy fresh food 4/5* hotel kitchens with busy banqueting operations for a minimum of 2 years. A chef who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved. A Chef who can demonstrate a good knowledge of GPS, and legal requirements.
