The Head Chef of a luxury Country Golf, Spa hotel is seeking a Banqueting Chef to assist in the management of the banqueting and conference department. In this role or Banqueting Chef you will assist to lead the team of chefs from the front ensuring high standards are maintained. The property is a busy venue all year round and provides for daily functions, conferences and wedding celebrations. The kitchens serves the terrace, private dining and has a strong banqueting and conference department, all dishes are made using fresh seasonal produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking to work in a multi outlet busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.
A chef who has a stable background and has been working for a minimum of 3 years at this level, with experience in busy banqueting venues. A Chef who has the management skills needed to run a busy operation, works well under pressure and is able to work to tight deadlines is ideal for this role.
