A banqueting venue, located near Leeds is seeking a chef de Partie to assist in the busy banqueting kitchen. The conference and banqueting department has a separate kitchen where you will work with the team of chefs ensuring high standards are maintained. The property is a busy venue with a capacity of 400 plus covers, which includes providing quality fresh food for conferences, corporate dining, weddings and parties. The dining options are varied for the multiple rooms and spaces available and an emphasis is placed on all guests receiving a five star experience. During the peak season the property is very busy so needs a banqueting chef de Partie who is capable of working whilst under pressure.
Requirements:
A chef de Partie who has a stable background and has been working for a minimum of 2 years at this level, with experience in busy banqueting venues. A chef de Partie who works well under pressure and is able to work to tight deadlines is ideal for this role.
