Banqueting Chef de Partie – SB2489 Full Time Permanent

A luxury country hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent reputation is seeking a Banqueting Chef de Partie. In this role of Banqueting Chef de Partie you will be working with a team of chefs in the dedicated banqueting kitchen. The property is a busy venue all year round and provides for intimate gatherings and elaborate wedding celebrations. The dining options are varied for the rooms and spaces available, and an emphasis is placed on all guests receiving a five-star experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a progressive company and may offer you the opportunity to work in the other dining options available at the hotel.

Requirements:

A very strong Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have good experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it daily whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
