A traditional country village pub is seeking a Chef de Partie to take on this opportunity to shine in the role and ensure that current high standards and reputation are retained. This is a very busy local pub with a fast paced kitchen serving between 300 to 500 covers per day The food is made with fresh ingredients that are sourced locally where possible and the menus consist of traditional pub classics with changing specials.
A Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef who has been working in a similar fresh food pub environment where you were cooking all dishes using fresh ingredients for a minimum of 2 years. The role needs a chef who is enthusiastic, and committed to achieve and has a good knowledge of current food safety regulations.
