Roving Head Chef – CG2148 Full Time Permanent

A growing pub company which has a great reputation for food led pubs is seeking a Roving Chef to work closely with the Head Chefs and their teams across the North Chester and North Manchester area. This pub company believes that food quality and looking after staff is key to success.  As a roving chef, at head chef level, you will deliver excellent food standards always, working with fresh ingredients to deliver the seasonal menus and daily specials in a friendly and supported environment. This a great opportunity for a roving chef who will support the pubs by assisting in training and development, menu development and financial planning.

Requirements:

A committed and flexible head chef who can demonstrate excellent communication skills along with training and developing staff. It is essential that you are hard working and able to provide support to the varying kitchen teams.
