A multi outlet prestigious golf Hotel that offers fresh seasonal menus using locally sourced produce is recruiting a Head chef to lead the team. The facilities at the golf club provide meals for members in a variety of outlets including day time snacks, formal members dinners, to volume golfing events. The golf club is especially busy during the golf peak season in the summer months but is used throughout the year as it is a popular wedding and events venue. As Head Chef you will be managing a brigade of 5 chefs, pushing standards forwards and monitoring the junior chefs in a fast paced environment. This role offers good working hours to ensure a work life balance is achieved for the team in the kitchen.
This role of Head Chef would suit a driven Head Chef who has previous experience working in fast paced fresh food kitchens. All applicants must have a stable background with good all round experience of quality and volume.
