The Exec Head Chef of a very busy tourist destination hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie who has some experience of working in a fast paced kitchen. This busy hotel, which is situated in the heart of Staffordshire offers dining in a number of themed restaurants, lighter bites in the bar and lounge and is also a popular venue for conferences. The restaurants are very busy especially during the summer season and main one offers buffet style service comprising of over 80% of the food brought in. You will be working with a large brigade so good team work is needed, all chefs must follow the company specifications, but in house training will be given.
This role would suit a chef de partie who has some experience of working in kitchens, looking for a new challenge in their career. It is important that you can show that you are able to work in a team, are able to follow company specifications and that you are flexible to work across multi outlets.
