Commis Chef – TP2265 Full Time Permanent

The owners of an established French Restaurant is seeking a Commis Chef, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a strong team that is pushing standards forward. The restaurant is open for lunch time and evening meals offering a selection of French inspired dishes made from fresh food locally sourced as much as possible. Situated in the city centre this restaurant serves 60 plus seated customers and gets very busy during peak periods. This is an exciting opportunity for a Commis chef eager to learn new skills under the supervision of a forward thinking Head Chef.

Requirements:

A Commis Chef who has a proven track record of previous experience working in fresh food restaurants or pubs. A chef that is committed to learning new skills and is reliable.
