A Chef de Partie is required to work at a high quality, fresh food café/restaurant where the menu is seasonal and changed frequently. You will be working 37 hours per week, on shift patterns so evenings, weekends and bank holidays are covered on a rota basis. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be assisting the small team to prepare and serve all dishes to the high standards required. The property focuses on modern dining dishes for the café whilst also catering for events and conferences that take place at the venue. This venue is located in the city centre making it easy to commute to from all areas of South Yorkshire.
This role needs a Chef de Partie who can take control of the sections within the kitchen and assist to support the team. You must be enthusiastic and be willing to learn and also have a stable background working in fresh food kitchens.
