The Head Chef of a luxury hotel located in Lincoln is seeking two Chef de Parties to join the brigade of eight talented chefs. The restaurant menus consists of fresh food locally sourced and seasonally changing along with a regularly updated specials board whilst the busy conference and banqueting area has buffet and plated menus for large numbers. As Chef de Partie you will be trained and working in all section of the kitchen, this is a great opportunity for chefs that want to develop and progress in their career.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Chef in a high volume fresh food kitchen environment is essential for the role. The ability to perform to the high standards the senior chefs expect whilst also running your section without compromising cooking standards is an important aspect to the position.
