The owners of a country inn and restaurant is seeking a chef de partie for an immediate start, who can use their experience in the kitchen. The hotel, which is situated in a beautiful part of the country, prides its self on providing locally sourced pub food. This is a very popular destination pub which gets busy during the holiday periods. You will be joining a brigade of 6 Chefs and this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking company, where you will also have an input on the menu.
This role would suit a chef de partie who has previous experience at a similar venue, looking for a new challenge in their career. It is important that all chefs applying have good all round cooking skills gained from within kitchens where you were serving a number of different dining options from one kitchen. Excellent knowledge of current hygiene regulations is also essential for this role.
