Joining the team of chefs at a multi outlet hotel, with an excellent reputation in Hertfordshire, will see you preparing modern dishes. The restaurant has won awards for the high standards of cooking so the role needs a Demi Chef de Partie who already has good cooking skills but is looking for a role where they can continue to progress their all round cooking knowledge. In this role you will be working with high quality ingredients to prepare fresh, seasonal dishes. The property also has a farm shop and also has very busy function and banqueting department, so this is a great opportunity to gain lots of experience.
A strong Commis Chef or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie who has been working to one AA Rosette or equivalent level most recently is required to take on this role. The ability to work well in a small team within a busy kitchen environment is essential.
