A Chef de Partie role is available at a fresh food restaurant on a complex in North Yorkshire
Working in a small team of chefs at a well located restaurant on a complex offering luxury lodges, you will be cooking high quality, fresh food using local produce to create modern British dishes. This Chef de Partie role will give you the opportunity to work for a Head Chef who is looking to invest his time training the right candidate though you will be expected to be able to have full control of your section in the kitchen.
A Chef de Partie who enjoys working with all fresh food and has developed the skills necessary to cook to a high standards whilst under pressure in a busy kitchen is required for this role.A chef who is determined to carry on learning and developing their own knowledge in an environment that will offer you career development opportunities would be ideal.
The restaurant is open in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
