A reputable restaurant located in Sheffield is seeking a Sous Chef
A reputable restaurant is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to assist in the running of the kitchen department. In this role of Sous Chef you will be working within a small brigade of chefs ensuring that they are all capable of creating dishes using seasonal, fresh ingredients sourced from suppliers in the local region wherever possible.The restaurant has a good reputation within the popular area. As Sous Chef you will be confident on all sections and have good man management skills as you will be in charge of the kitchen during the Head Chefs days off.
The role needs an experienced Sous Chef who has been working at this level, where you were up to date with the latest cooking trends. A confident team member who is capable of working under pressure whilst assisting a small team to perform to the high standards expected consistently is required. Good all round management skills are essential for this role,
