A privately owned restaurant situated in the outskirts of Sheffield has a Sous role available
A family run restaurant offering seasonal set menus is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. The menu at the restaurant currently features a combination of both modern and traditional dishes all prepared from fresh ingredients to a high standard although this will be slowly changing to a more modern style of cooking so this role will be ideal for a Sous Chef that can bring ideas to the menus. As Sous Chef you will be required to be able to run busy service times during the Head Chefs days off and assist with the management of the day to day running of the kitchen.
An experienced Sous Chef seeking a stable, long term post would fit into the kitchen team perfectly.It is important that you already have experience working in good quality, fresh food kitchens ideally restaurants or food led pubs.
The restaurant has opened in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
