A Fresh Food led Pub that is pushing for accolades is seeking an experienced Pub Manager.
The owner of a popular destination dining pub is seeking to recruit a standards driven Pub Manager. The Pub has the charm and character of a traditional country pub with an elegant and contemporary interior. The Main kitchen serves locally sourced fresh food favorites and great Sunday roasts. Outside in the contemporary beer garden there is a pizza kitchen serving bespoke pizzas. In this role of Pub Manager you will be overseeing the daily running of the restaurant giving an eye for detail to ensure that the standards are driven forward to gain achievements. You will be responsible for an efficiently run operation, training and managing the staff with an emphasis on customer service. Experience of Front and Back of House operations will be an advantage for this role.
A Pub Manager who has worked in a similar property with a minimum one AA Rosette level kitchen is required for this role. A Restaurant Manager with good knowledge of cellar management along with strong leadership qualities is required for this role.
The restaurant has reopened in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
