A Pastry Chef role is available at an award winning hotel in Devon
A Pastry Chef is required to run the pastry section of an award winning hotel that has a busy dining operation. In this particular Pastry Chef role you will be covering all aspects of pastry including award winning ‘a la carte’ and function desserts as well as the afternoon teas and pastry products for the breakfast service. The role will give you creativity to have an input on the modern British menus including creating the TDH menus.
All chefs applying for this role should be very strong Pastry Chef de Parties or experienced Pastry Chefs who have been working in properties accredited with a minimum of one AA Rosette. It is important that all applicants have a wide range of pastry skills with experience working in a multi-outlet hotel operation previously. The confidence to run a busy section whilst making your own mark on the menus is essential.
