A Head Chef position is available at a high quality restaurant in Buckinghamshire
A new Head Chef is required to lead the kitchen of an all fresh food restaurant which offers modern British menus with dishes prepared from high quality, seasonal ingredients. In this role of Head Chef you will be leading a small team of chefs in the kitchen ensuring that they are capable of working to the high standards expected at the venue through regular training. As well as being ‘hands on’ in the kitchen with the responsibility of managing the rest of the kitchen team you will also be responsible for all areas of kitchen management including paperwork, creating menus, finances and ensuring all hygiene regulations are in place.
Due to the high standards of cooking at this venue the role needs an experienced Head Chef with experience of two AA Rosette cooking at a senior level in the kitchen. A chef with all round cooking skills who is also a great team leader and a confident kitchen manager is required for this role.
