A casual dining restaurant due to open in July in Sheffield is recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen
A high volume, fast paced venue with new concept of casual dining is recruiting for a Head Chef to run what will be a busy kitchen operation. The menus at the restaurant will feature a wide variety of small plate style dining including grills, wings, gourmet burgers etc with the emphasis being on ‘fun foods’. The dishes made from fresh seasonal produce will be a modern funky and rustic mixture where you will have the opportunity to implement your own ideas and flavours. As this is a Head Chef role you will also be expected to take control of the kitchen admin; costings; achieve GP targets and ensure hygiene regulations are followed at all times.
An experienced Head Chef who has a background working in fast paced, all fresh food operations either for a private company or a branded operation is required to take on this role. A chef with a passion for food with fresh new concepts and ideas that can produce good quality dishes will be ideal for this role. The applicant must be able to work to high standards whilst under pressure and display a good understanding of all kitchen management.
The restaurant has reopened in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
