A Head Chef role is now available for a newly opening restaurant
This new restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef to overlook the dining operation at this venue. The restaurant will be offering rosette standard food along with event catering so ideally looking for someone with experience in both these fields. All the produce will be sourced locally and the chosen Head Chef will have menu input. It will be a highly pressured kitchen with busy service times with the added requirement to deliver quality. This role will be very rewarding for a Head Chef looking to be an integral part of building this new concept. As Head Chef you will be responsible for a brigade of 5 which you will assist in sourcing the right candidates to work alongside you.
A Head Chef who has been working in fresh food pubs or restaurants but is seeking a new challenge would be ideal for this role.It is important that you are capable of managing the whole food operation with the ability to lead your team from the front in the kitchen by remaining hands on whilst also managing the kitchen paperwork and achieving your targets.
The restaurant will open in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
