An Executive Head Chef role is available at a newly refurbished multi-outlet hotel in Nottinghamshire
A stable Executive Head Chef is required to manage the kitchen operation at a high volume, four star hotel whilst also remaining ‘hands on’ in the kitchen.The hotel has a banqueting department which is incredibly popular with corporate guests but also hosts private events. The hotel operates a fresh food restaurant which serves modern british dishes for its company standard menus and offers daily specials for which the Head Chef is responsible for orgainsing. As Executive Head Chef you will lead a team of eight to ten in the kitchen who you will ensure are organised, costs focused and working to the standards expected within the company. At the same time you will be responsible for all kitchen management including achieving your financial targets, controlling costs, managing admin, achieving GP% and dealing with all areas of staff management.
A solid, organised Executive Head Chef who has an impeccable financial record who has a can-do attitude is required for this role. A stable background working in four star, high volume, multi-outlet hotels where you were experienced in dealing with corporate clients but also have knowledge of the leisure market is required.
