An Executive Head Chef role is available at a corporate focused hotel in Lincolnshire
A popular hotel with a large conference and banqueting department which is used largely by corporate guests but also hosts private events. The hotel operates a high volume, Brasserie style restaurant offering modern British dining frequented by residents, locals and visitors to the region. The role needs an Executive Head Chef who can organise the kitchen including the team of ten chefs so that the department runs smoothly with the capability to cope with large numbers of covers. The role will also require you to take on the responsibility of the kitchens financial performance ensuring that targets are achieved without standards being affected.
An Executive Head Chef who has previous experience in a similar role within a four star hotel with a strong corporate focus. All chefs applying to this role should be strong kitchen managers with full awareness of health and safety; cost controls; hygiene regulations; financial management and admin. Excellent fresh food experience with plenty of banqueting knowledge is essential.
