A Chef de Partie role is available at a busy fresh food restaurant in Guernsey
This popular restaurant is looking to appoint a Chef de Partie to the team of three chefs working in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working with good quality, fresh seasonal ingredients to create modern dishes which have been refined to create a fine dining plate. As Chef de Partie you will be expected to be capable of controlling your section in the kitchen ensuring that you are fully prepared for service.
You must be resident of Guernsey or the Isle of man. A hard working Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie who has a minimum 3 years working in high quality, fresh food kitchens ideally to at least one AA Rosette level is required for this role. Knowledge of a number of sections in the kitchen especially larder and dessert would be an advantage as you may be moving around the sections.
The restaurant has reopened in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
